      I agree with all the false advertising claims. They make it sound great with 50% off of everything plus free shipping. In the end you can really only get free shipping along with no explanation after calling to ask why?So sorry, is there anything else I can help with? Ha, guess not, stop sending fake ads!

      FALSE ADVERTISING on Shutterfly.com For example: the company advertised a holiday card as on sale for "from $1.00/card". When you click on that card, it shows $2.16/card without the option to alter any selection that would reduce the cost to the advertised $1.00/card for that specific card. When I contacted customer service to inquire, they were unable to explain or fix on the website. I was offered a $10 credit instead. I will not be using it with a company engaging in this unethical practice.

      There are some good things about Shutterfly. We have always liked the quality of their photo books. This year for the first time we ordered wall calendars and again, the quality was great, and shipping was prompt.However, not everything is great.1. It's impossible to get help by e-mail. You are referred to chat, in which one rep is simultaneously handling you plus other customers. You have to keep adding a comment every 5 minutes or they will cut you off. Sometimes you get OK help but not easily.2. It's very difficult to find information about the calendars on the website, despite all the articles. I had to spend a long time on chat to learn the weight of the paper (110 lb), that the ink is waterproof, and that you can write on the calendar pages (that is, they are not slippery glossy).3. The calendar editing tools need to be improved: you can't move individual events or separately adjust their fonts; I had to use PowerPoint to create images of the events I wanted to add.4. I ordered 7 calendars with 6 gift envelopes. The gift envelopes are so flimsy that the majority of them arrived torn and barely usable.5. Shutterfly offers a bulk pricing page when you buy 5 or more calendars. However, I was unable to get that price to work, so I purchased the calendars at full price, then asked Shutterfly chat for a refund of the over-charge. After 36 minutes on chat they refunded the extra cost.

      Received two emails regarding two different promos. Keep in mind Tiny Prints and Shutterfly are the same business. Neither coupon worked when entering onto the order. I ordered during the window of days the emails stated. I ordered the Foil Holiday Cards also which was stated on the coupon. I could not use either coupon at checkout so I called the company because the live chat is a computer bot which is useless. I called and spent over 30 minutes on various holds in order to be told neither coupon was able to be used. Why I inquired? She could not explain. Just cannot use either one. First she said it was because it was for Tiny Prints. Well...the emails state both businesses. So that makes zero sense. I ordered the correct type of item during the specific time frame. I was eventually given a lousy $13.00 off(which was the free shipping) and that was it. Not the 40% or 50% that is advertised as a coupon to be used at checkout! I spent almost $300 vs the $150 or so I expected. Talk about about a crooked business. They need to be investigated. Total fraud and I'll never ever order from them again.

      I ordered a blanket. I got it, you couldn't see the pictures and it was the size of a towel. How is an adult supposed to use this. When I chatted with them they told me they were issuing a credit. A credit to get something from them. Well I decided to get a cutting board. They told me my credit was only good to get another blanket. Why would I want another blanket? I will never get anything from them again, and would advise you the same.
