          On November 14, 2017 the office of Gregory D. Totten, District Attorney for Ventura County, CA announced that felony charges have been filed against this company and its principals. The defendants have been charged with multiple felony counts including grand theft, theft from an elder, money laundering and conspiracy to commit false advertising. In addition, they are charged with the aggravated white-collar crime enhancement for stealing over $100,000. This case is pending.
          The principals ran a series of fraudulent debt collection agencies in Ventura County including Nationwide Debt Busters, Financial Service Bureau, Steven Chasity & Associates, and Rutter Riesman & Associates.
