I ordered Aventon Aventure E-bike on 9/17/2021. I paid $1900. My Order ID: SH-AVN-64331. Aventon shipped my bike on 10/22/2021 via FedEx. However, shipment got lost in transit and I never received a bike. Tracking# *********250 last updated on 10/26 as in-transit. I reached out to customer support numerous times and they keep sending me same blurb which is wait for ghost bike to appear. It’s been at least a full month passed and Aventon is refusing to send replacement bike. I want my bike asap. Or I will submit credit card chargeback.Business response

We apologize for the issues you have had with your delivery. We will be contacting the carrier and handle the issue with them and we will send you a replacement bike asap.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:I received my bike 2 days after BBB case opened. However, I wish Aventon notify me with tracking number.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1619**84, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
