Private Property Impound came to BBB’s attention in March 2014. A review of the company’s complaints on file was completed in July 2019. Complaints on file state that consumers’ vehicles are unlawfully towed.

Private Property Impound was notified in writing and asked to address the above concerns and to indicate what steps will be taken to address and eliminate the pattern from being filed in the future. Private Property Impound has not responded to our request.
