Liberty Property Management ripped me off for half of my deposit after I left the house move-in ready. They claimed they paid to have it cleaned, ($450) when the place was immaculately clean. I was denied the ability to be present at the walk through, that way they can claim whatever they want, and charge what they want. The scumbags even deducted an additional $306.67 for 4 more days rent, from 10/01/2021 to 10/04/2021, even though I moved out on 9/30/2021. They are as crooked as the day is long.Business response

Mr. Daniels was issued a 60 day notice to vacate and left before the noticed date without providing his own sufficient notice per CA civil code 1946 so he was charged rent through the original notice date. Mr. Daniels was given an initial option to inspect as all tenants are given, both initially with his lease agreement and subsequently when notice was issued, and he did not exercise that option. Mr. Daniels left the property in a condition that required a full cleaning and the property he left was a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom 3527 sq foot house which was professionally cleaned before he took possession. Deposit refunds can be an incredibly contentious part of property management but we have rarely had to deal with an individual that displays the type of anger and vitriol that Mr. Daniels does. Mr. Daniels has repeatedly left vile communication all over the internet regarding our company after he vacated a property we managed. He has referred to us publicly as ********** ******* ****** ***** ** *** ****** ******* ********* ************ *********** ************ ***** ***** ******** ** ******* ************* ** *********** ** *** ****** *** ******* *** ********* *** ********** ** **** **** ******* **** **** *** ** **** ****** ******** ******** **** **** ******* *** ** **** **** *** ********** ******* ****** *** *** **** ***** **** ******* **** *** **** ** *** *** **** ** ********** ****** **** **** ****** ****" We think these unprovoked angry, racist, and anti-Semitic outbursts are an indicator that Mr. Daniels may not be acting reasonably. Further communication from Mr. Daniels will be forwarded to our general counsel.Business response

The inaccuracies in Mr. Daniels allegations are numerous and as he is disputing a deposit refund that was completed correctly about a property we no longer manage we have no further comments regarding this closed account.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: They are lying through their teeth. If BBB will not step in, I believe Karma will. What they did was wrong.
