          BBB believes that consumer complaints we have received for T & N Plumbing & Electrical contain a pattern of similar allegations. Consumers have generally alleged that the company does shoddy work and makes untrue statements to their home warranty companies.

          On April 26, 2022 BBB spoke with a company representative about these issues. T & N Plumbing & Electrical explained that the complaint allegations stem from the fact that they are contracted with home warranty companies. The technicians they send do not know what the home warranty company's policies are and sometimes promise services that are not covered by the home warranty.
