of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege not
receiving the purchases they paid for. Furthermore, consumers allege not being
able to get a response with the details of their orders or refunds. On June 28, 2023 the BBB contacted the company regarding our concerns about the amount and
pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive
a response.

On June 29, 2023, BBB Serving Los Angeles and Silicon Valley requested that the business substantiate, modify, or discontinue claims on the company's website, https://buyozempiconlinemexico.com/. The business advertises various client testimonials (before and after photos). The business also advertises:

- “Ozempic is used in combination with diet and exercise to help improve glycemic control and reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications (CV death, nonfatal stroke, and nonfatal myocardial infarction).
In addition to lowering blood glucose levels, Ozempic aids patients with weight loss, appetite suppression, and lowering blood pressure levels.”
