Back in 2016 or 17 I bought it vanish for 39.00 to see if you liked it then if not you could cancel it. I thought I canceled. I have tried everything. I don't pay much attention to my checking account tho I should. I seen this month a fee I recognize so I called bank. They said ip vanish I forgot who they even were so I disputed. I guess they charged me before I didn't notice so they dropped dispute they have been following my bank accounts around, I have had several. I am so mad right now I don't know what it is I don't use it.... I've tried doing all the things they tell me to do to cancel but they all say I don't have an account ..HELP. I just don't know what to do. They don't have anyone who answers phone just tell you to get online. Can you please please help me. Thank you ,************Business response

They finally reached me and found away to close my account
