On October 10, 2019 Lighthouse Mortgage Company, Inc. and Larry Goodrow entered into a Stipulation and Agreement in Settlement and Order with the California Bureau of Real Estate (BRE) in order to settle the BRE's Accusation filed on July 1, 2019. According to the Accusation the Respondents made significant errors and omissions on the loan paperwork of several borrowers. Additionally, the Respondents failed to file trust fund status reports on time and failed to file business activity reports for the 2018 fiscal year. According to the Stipulation and Agreement in Settlement and Order the BRE issued an Order revoking the Respondent's licenses but granted them the right to apply for restricted real estate licenses provided they abide by California Real Estate law and pay $2,885.85 to the BRE for it's costs associated with the investigation and enforcement of this action. The respondents shall not be eligible for a unrestricted real estate licenses for three years from the date of the action.
