Advertisers should be prepared to substantiate any objective claims or offers made before publication or broadcast. Upon request, they should present such substantiation promptly to the advertising medium or BBB.
On January 9, 2024 the business responded by email to address the ad concerns. On January 25, 2024 BBB emailed the business back asking for further substantiation. On February 22, 2024 the business responded by email to address the ad concerns and BBB replied back by email the same day, asking for further substantiation.
