            The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

            On September 9, 2020, J&L Enterprise LLC, Dba Premier Solutions Servicing and Oliver Pomazi, owner, entered into a Stipulated Order for Permanent Injunction and Monetary Judgment with the Federal Trade Commission. The order settles allegations that the business charged advanced fees for debt relief services; Misrepresented their affiliation with the U.S. Department of Education; Provided material debt relief misrepresentations; And deceptive student loan debt relief representation. Consumers were bilked out of millions of dollars when the business pretended to be affiliated with the US Department of Education and falsely promising student loan debt relief. Under terms of the order, the business is banned from debt relief products and services, prohibited against misrepresentations, prohibited from making unsubstantiated claims, and pay a Monetary Judgment of $54,505.

            This action is final.
