On August 14, 2024, West Coast Settlements LLC and John Muratore entered into a Consent Order with The Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. The Order settles allegations that the business and John Muratore offered and sold securities without qualification or prior exemption. Under terms of the Orders the business and John Muratore were ordered to desist and refrain from the further offering or selling or buying, or offering to buy any securities in the state of California and from acting as an investment adviser, unless and until qualification has been made under the law or exempt and are barred from any position of employment, management, or control of any investment adviser, broker dealer, or commodity adviser, any officer, director, partner, employee of, or person performing similar functions for, an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity adviser.
This action is final.
