On August 13, 2018 The California Department of Real Estate filled an Accusation against W E Financial Inc. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of the California Business and Professions code prohibiting property management trust funds to not be designated as a trust account, failing to maintain a fidelity bond coverage at least equal to the maximum amount of the trust funds to which the employee has access at any time, using an unlicensed fictitious business name, and failing to ensure compliance of the Real Estate Law.
