          In June of 2019 the BBB launched an investigation on this company.  BBB was informed by several customers of possible bad business practices at the company. The BBB decided to investigate the alleged practice of customers purchasing a gift certificate and then the company canceling the scheduled time for the skydiving.  The company also allegedly never reschedules or issues the customer a refund.  After an analysis of the company’s website, the business does not seem to have a refund policy.   After careful online investigation, the BBB believes that these kinds of practices could be going on.  The BBB suggests using caution when doing business with this company.
