Customers indicate they place  a purchase from the company website but they never received the order. A tracking is sent to consumers but it does not show the items have shipped or any updates. Consumers try to reach out to the company but the company ignores there attempts to communicate with them. On March 3, 2023 BBB notified the business of our concerns and requested their voluntary cooperation in eliminating the pattern of consumer complaints. As of today, the business has not responded to our request.
