      I am very dissatisfied. The technician came earlier than I was told he would by several hours for my November checkup on my heater. Last Spring I called to make an appointment to have my air conditioning maintenance as I have every year for nine years, air conditioning in the Spring, heater maintenance in the Fall. The woman I spoke with said that both were now being done in the Fall. When the technician came in November, he said he couldn't do the air conditioning in the Fall. So, although I paid a yearly fee for two checkups, I only got one. The technician said that someone from management would call me. None did. How disappointing after 9 years.

      Huft Home Services replaced my original **** company when owners ** and ***** of Comfort Master retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in **** so we had a 25-year personal relationship. I trust them and their recommendation for their choice in a replacement company. When I called **** in May 2021, I spoke with ********* who was able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services (from Comfort Master hardcopy records). We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, **** REGULAR MAINTENANCE and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the IRRIGATION REPAIR quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that **** actually did not work on irrigation. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the **** service went. That appointment had been scheduled for a couple weeks later. ******* was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current service practices, but I was highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I certainly plan to continue my maintenance with ****, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services. In November 2021 for my autumn **** service, ******* again did a great job. Again we discussed potential replacement and he made helpful suggestions including that **** is currently running a special. I anticipate having **** install a replacement system in the near future. ******* is a valuable asset to his company. Tho yet a relatively new customer, I remain quite satisfied with **** services.

      ***** was a great representative. He provided everything we could ask for. We chose to do a lot of business with **** because ***** met all of our requirements. We look forward to dramatic changes in our future, all due to expectations we developed with *****.
