          The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.

          The Officer, John Charles Fitzmaurice, and CEO/President, Kevin Mathias Sullivan, for D M J J Construction Inc Dba Advanced Home Energy Solutions are also in the same management position for JNR Services Inc, Dba HomeTech Building. 

          On February 13, 2019, Advanced Home Energy Solutions was issued a citation by the Contractors State License Board. The Citation settles allegations that the business advertised as insured, violated provisions of the home improvement contract, didn’t provide a name or registration number of their salesperson, didn’t provide a notice that documents are to be complete before work is started, didn’t provide a notice regarding the name and phone number of liability insurance carrier, didn’t provide a notice as to not having employees and exemption from Workers Comp, and didn’t provide a notice regarding additional or changes in writing prior to work beginning. 

          This action is final.
