          In June 2022, BBB investigated Jet Solar's business practices. This investigation was prompted by consumer inquiries received by the BBB. Customers alleged through their reports to the BBB that the business does not complete solar installation projects, leaving consumers to pay for services they have not received.

          On June 22, 2022, BBB sent the company a Business Practice Inquiry through e-mail and postal mail to request the following information:
          - Information regarding the scheduling and overall project timeline;
          - Information regarding what and how the business communications with consumers;
          - Information regarding cancellation of services;

          BBB contacted JET Solar LLC regarding the business practice concerns. The business has not responded to BBB as of July 29, 2022.
