According to information in BBB files; One Energy of Arizona is a licensed sub-contractor hired by solar lead generating companies to complete solar work on consumers’ homes. Complaints in BBB files allege repair issues and customer service issues citing that the company damaged their home in the process of installing the solar.Complaints further allege that if financing falls through; the company holds consumers to the contract which could be around $14,500, even after the consumer is informed they do not qualify for financing. At this time, the company is not responsive to complaints filed with BBB.
