On December 16, 2022, Conrad A Coggeshall entered into a Final Judgment with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The final judgment settles allegations that Conrad Coggeshall engaged in fraud in connection with the purchase or sale of Securities and unjust enrichment. Under terms of the judgment, Conrad is permanently retrained and enjoined from violating in connection with the purchase or sale of any security, restrained and enjoined from violating in connection with the offer or sale of any security by the use of any means or instruments of transportation or communication in interstate commerce or by use of the mails. Conrad is ordered to pay a civil penalty of $385,536.
