On March 1, 2022, James N Johnson, owner of LAS Auto Sales LLC, entered into a Plea Agreement with the State of Arizona. The agreement settles allegations that Mr. Johnson engaged in three counts of fraudulent schemes/artifices and Department of Revenue violations. Under terms of the agreement, Mr. Johnson is under supervised probation for a term of 3-5 years, and pay restitution in the amount of $73,462.00.
