Recently, BBB has received complaints against Abestrix? ?which allege delivery issues, billing or collection issues, and customer service issues. Complainants claim purchasing items from the company's website; ?http://www.abestrix.biz/ and never receiving the items. In some cases after a consumer may place an order, the company sends an email stating due to a system issue, the order was cancelled and the consumer should reorder and charges to their credit card will be reversed within 48 hours. Consumers that experience this allege they are charged for the item anyway and the reversal of charges never occurs. Complaints further allege attempt?s? to contact the company via phone and email and do not receive a response. As of 8.19.14, the company's website ? ?is not active and the company is not responding to BBB complaints.
