In addition, all shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If damages to merchandise are visible upon receipt, consumers can choose not to accept and notate damages with shipping personnel. Also, returned merchandise is subject to a 50% restocking fee. Cancellation charges apply at all times; a 7% processing fee will be charged for orders cancelled within two (2) business days and a 30% cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled before they are shipped. Please keep in mind that pleated shades may not be cancelled or returned at any time.
