On April 18, 2023, Julie Benes entered into a Final Judgment and Order with the State Bar of Arizona. The Final Judgment and Order settles allegations that Benes was in violation of the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct. Under the terms of the Final Judgment and Order, Benes is suspended from the practice of law in Arizona for six months effective thirty days from the date of the order, be subject to any terms of probation imposed as a result of reinstatement hearings held, and pay the costs and expenses of the State Bar of Arizona in the amount of $1,200.00.
This action is final.
