On April 22, 2015, the Arkansas Residential Contractors Committee voted unanimously that Anthony Stull, d/b/a Stull Fencing shall pay a civil penalty of $2,800.00 for violation of Section 17-25-505 (working without a license). The Committee further ordered that a cease and desist order be issued against Anthony Stull, d/b/a Stull Fencing. Anthony Stull, d/b/a Stull Fencing shall refrain from bidding on or performing work as a residential contractor prior to being licensed with the Residential Contractors Committee.
