On March 24, 2023 the Arkansas Attorney General filed a lawsuit in Pulaski County Circuit Court against H2O Pools and Supplies, LLC and its owner, Victoria Harvey. Charges filed allege the business is in violation of the Arkansas Deceptive Trade Practices Act by failing to perform contracted services or provide purchased goods. The suit claims the business and its owner collected down payments for purchased pool kits, supplies and materials then failed to provide receipts for purchased goods. Additional claims include the business ignored complaints, eventually stopping communication, and harassed consumers who made negative social media posts complaining about the company. The matter is pending.
