          After further investigation on 3/02/2019, BBB has learned that Premiere Events, LLC located in Kansas City, MO is the originator of this scam. Premiere Events will contact a consumer who is selling a timeshare and offers to purchase it. Once there is an agreement they recommend Title Specialist LLC for closing.           After conducting an investigation of Title Specialist, LLC on 2/22/2018, BBB advises tht this company is seeking up front fees for title work for timeshare sales.
