          On November 21 2018 BBB contacted the company regarding the pricing scheme on the company website livingdeal.com. All of the products advertised by the business had a significant price reduction, with no sale end date, or increase to regular price.

          Additionally, the website displays a "Money Back Guarantee" and "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" logo. The BBB Code of Advertising (Section 20) maintains that advertisers should only use these representations if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of the advertised product or service at the consumer's request. Based on the complaints received by BBB, the company does not appear to be resolving customer concerns in this fashion.
