- Additional Info:When attending some timeshare presentations, consumers may be subjected to a lengthy high pressure sales presentation.
Consumers may cancel their agreement up to ten days after the day they receive a written copy of the agreement and they do not need to give the supplier a reason. When canceling their agreement, consumers must give notice of cancellation to the supplier, at the address set out in the agreement, by any means that allows them to prove the date on which the notice was given. The supplier has then fifteen days to refund the consumer.
