          On May 10, 2023, All Canada Movers came to the attention of BBB. At that time it prompted the investigation because of the heavy advertising.   BBB contacted the company to obtain updated information of their physical locations and mailing addresses including their Head Office and to provide corporate registration documents.  The company does not appear to provide the move themselves but they can help consumers get quotes from local movers to compare.  BBB asked the names of their affiliations and their cancellation policy.   As of June 2, 2023, BBB has not received any response from All Canada Movers.


          On May 10, 2023, BBB also contacted the business regarding its online advertising claim, 'Instant Free Quotes from Canadian Movers and Moving Companies' and 'And with allcanadamovers.com, you can get instant, free and competitive quotes from the best movers in your area, to save up to 65% on your mover.' The ad failed to disclose full details about their terms and conditions of this free service as required by BBB code of Advertising. The business did not respond to BBB’s request for revisions and clarification in its advertising.
