Better Business Bureau (BBB) received several Scam Tracker reports about Jimmy's Flower Shop specifically during Mother's Day week, a flower company based in Vancouver, BC. Consumers alleged that they paid for flower delivery and they did not receive it. Consumers tried to contact the company but they were not able to talk to anyone and could not get their refund.
BBB reached out to the business with letters on May 18, 2021 and June 9, 2021 to confirm details about their business location, return/refund policies. BBB also contacted the City of Vancouver on May 11,2021 to verify if there is a business licence connected to the company’s listed address. However, the City does not have any records for this address.
As of June 18, 2021, BBB has not received a response from Jimmy's Flower Shop. The website for the company, https://www.jimmyflorist.com/ is still active.
