          On August 15, 2022 BBB contacted the company to obtain updated information including a contact person, their start date, a brief description of products or services they offer, and any current licensing they have in place.  In addition BBB also requested confirmation of their physical locations and mailing addresses. BBB also reached out to the City of Vancouver to verify if there is a business license to the company's listed address; however, the City does not have any records for this address. Finally, BBB requested clarification on their refund policy if a customer purchases a shipping container through their company. To date, BBB has not received a response to our request for information.
