BBB conducted a search with The College of Pharmacists of British Columbia's (CPBC), which is the statutory licensing authority for pharmacies and pharmacists in the Province of British Columbia. BBB sent letters to PriceProPharmacy.com Inc. on January 28, 2022, and on February 18, 2022 but was not able verify their license therefore a search was conducted on CPBC's database January 31, 2021 to confirm if a pharmacy license has been issued to the company’s name or the address. It has been validated that CPBC does not have records for PriceProPharmacy.com Inc.
As of March 24, 2022 BBB has not received a response from the business.
BBB encourages consumers to contact the CPBC when using an online pharmacy.

In June 2018 BBB reviewed Price Pro Pharmacy's file due to consumer inquiries. As per its website, the company is an "online pharmacy" located at 17750 56th Avenue Surrey BC V3S 1K4. BBB confirmed that this location is a mail forwarding/receiving service address. Their "Contact Us" page also shows an address in Arizona, 8902 E Via Linda, Scottsdale, which appears to be a shipping centre.
During a phone call with the company, their General Manager informed the BBB that Price Pro Pharmacy' services are provided online, they do not ship within Canada, only serves Americans customers and uses a pharmacy in Manitoba to review the prescriptions they ship to American patients.

Health Canada informs in its website that they regulate therapeutic drugs in Canada through a rigorous licensing process, which includes an extensive pre-market review and the ongoing post-market assessment of a drug's safety, effectiveness and quality. As part of this process, Health Canada informs that they conduct risk/benefit assessments, monitor adverse reactions, and communicate information about risks to health professionals and the public. All drugs approved for sale in Canada have an eight-digit Drug Identification Number (DIN). The DIN assures you that Health Canada has assessed a drug, and considers it safe and effective when used as directed on the label. The DIN also provides a way to track adverse drug reactions.
