I bought a ****** ******* Phone in Calgary, Shaunessy. I returned the phone within the 14 day period and returned the gift card the phone and everything. I'm now getting calls and mail from a collection agency saying that I still have said phone. Bestbuy didn't do their paperwork. Maybe one of their employees simply kept the phone, I don't know but now I'm being sought after for $1200 from ******. I cannot simply call the store to have them fix this. I have to drive there. I don't have time to do this, nor should I for their mistake!Business response
