The business calls me almost every day, using different numbers. It appears to be a debt collection agency but I only have **** **** ****** *** ********** ******* ******* ***** ****** ***** ** ****** **** ** ***** *** ********** ******* *** **** ********** *******. I would like to stop receiving these obvious scam calls.

I have reviewed the consumers concerns and the associated matter in our office. It appears that we are contacting you in error, and have since removed the phone number from the system, and flagged it as a wrong party.

I have a collection file with this agency (CBV COLLECTIONS LTD) for the creditor **** ********* at the following file number: *********, I made a payment of $ 6,367.40 on November 20, 2021, and I sent the proof of payment at CBV Collections Ltd, they do not answer any of my emails and calls. The case went to 0.00 $ **** *********, but CBV Collections keeps calling me. Could you please make the necessary corrections and remove the file from my credit report?Customer response
