As of August 21, 2020 BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning the following issues:

BBB received several complaints about product delivery issues for Farmhouse Is My Style. Consumers alleged that they either did not receive the products or the deliveries were very delayed.
BBB started an investigation on September 25, 2020 to get more information concerning the allegations. BBB also reached out to the business with letters on September 25, 2020 and October 6, 2020 for details about their return/refund and shipping policies. During the investigation, BBB contacted the City of Langley on September 25, 2020 to verify their address and business licence but learned that the City did not have any records connected to Farmhouse Is My Style.
As of November 12, 2020, BBB has not received a response from the business. The website for the company, https://farmhouseismystyle.com/ is still active.
