Refund and Exchange Policy
No refunds available on inspections fees. If a client is unhappy with their report or if there is a deficiency missed by Target Inspections, the inspector will meet with you at the property to review the issue. At this point the inspector and client will discuss the many options available to ensure the client is 100% satisfied with their service. Target inspections is Licensed by the Government of Alberta and is mandated to hold insurance to cover any costs incurred to repair or replace any deficiencies missed at the inspected property by the inspector at the time of inspection.
