On November 23, 2023, the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA) took final action against Travis Peter John More by issuing an Administrative Penalty. More was found to have advertised and offered Condominium Management services without a valid license, a violation of Section 17(c) & (d) of the Real Estate Act. As a result, More was ordered to pay an Administrative Penalty of $10,000 within 30 days. This action, aimed at ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, serves to protect consumers from unlicensed activities in the real estate sector.
