              Fluent is absolutely horrible . Would not recommend to even my worst enemy. I don’t even want to give them 1 start. their product was ****, we sat on the phone numerous times for 4+ hours trying to work with support to get our stuff to work. now we did our 5 years ( which we regret heavily ) and sent in our cancellation paperwork and they are STILL billing us and refuses to stop until it’s “ confirmed “ and we have to wait for our refund once it’s finally cancelled in their system. Mean while they just messed up our end of the month bills and some of them are going to bounce and give NSF fees which they refuse to refund for even tho we cancelled our account the end of September- paid 30 days out and our final payment should have been end of October . I would love to be refunded our funds and not have to wait for cheques in the mail etc - we have been in a pinch getting on our feet since covid struck I want a representative to contact me back and refund and make it right . We haven’t even used their equipment in 2 years and we aren’t even looking for that back . Might I add they refuse to send out an actual tech to our home
