Our Bathroom products are well designed and built, In the rare event that you do have a problem with any bathroom product purchased from www.PerfectBath.com then simply call or email us with your Name, Phone #, Product model number, and a copy of your invoice if possible and any pictures that you have that might help us to help you troubleshoot your problem quickly and get you the right parts you need the first time.
– Infrared Saunas -Lifetime warranty on all components and Structure- Even for commercial applications (Parts Only, Labour to change components is responsibility of purchaser)
– Steam Showers and Whirlpool bathtubs – 3 years on all components (Parts Only, Labour to change components is responsibility of purchaser)Glass and wood floor is not included in warranty.

-Vanities 1year- against manufacturing defects
– Warranty on all Parts 90 Days manufacturer defects only
ALL BATHROOM PRODUCT WARRANTIES ARE FOR PARTS ONLY!
ALL “FACTORY DEFECTS” MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE OTHERWISE, THEY WILL FALL INTO THE PART WARRANTY REPAIR CATEGORY
