          On May 10, 2021, BBB reached out to this business to obtain updated contact information, their business start date, and any licensing they have in place. In addition, we requested confirmation of the services they offer, including if they offer rentals on behalf of property owners, and if they offer property management services. We were advised that this business was formerly located in Regina, SK, and moved to the Airdrie area. BBB received a report on Scamtracker, in addition to other reports on their SK BBB profile, that this business was allegedly offering properties for rent and taking deposits fraudulently. We have confirmed that this business is not a licensed brokerage in Alberta. To date, we have not received a reply to our request for information.
